Business Analyst - Travel Retail Americas
The Business Analyst supports the commercial team by transforming data into clear insights that help drive business decisions across key Travel Retail partners. The role focuses on monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting the execution of commercial initiatives across markets and brands.
Key responsibilities
Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance by brand, market and retailer
Track key KPIs such as productivity per door, distribution and stock levels
Analyze performance across locations and identify growth opportunities or risks
Support pricing, forecasting, inventory monitoring and replenishment needs to avoid out of stocks or overstocks
Follow up on launches, promotions and in-store activations
Maintain close contact with local market teams to understand needs and identify opportunities
Work with retailer platforms to manage product listings, new product set-ups and price updates
Prepare regular business reports
Support preparation of business reviews with key partners
Translate data into clear insights to support commercial decisions
Profile
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player, comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing and supply teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to support commercial decision-making
Fluent English is required. Portuguese is a plus
