We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative
At Tecspal, we’re building innovative solutions that help global teams connect through advanced hardware and logistics services. As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us expand our client base by identifying
and engaging with potential customers.
If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, this role is for you. We’re looking for a proactive, communicative, and growth-driven individual ready to be a key player in our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
- Clearly communicating Tecspal's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Expected to consistently meet outreach activity KPIs
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
- Share insights with sales and marketing to support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an SDR or in sales roles.
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Think-out-of-the-box mindset
- Able to think strategically and tactically.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
