💡 Who we're looking for
Currently, we’re looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our team, help us scale across multiple projects, and contribute to the continued growth of our AI Studio.
We are seeking students or graduates in Business Administration, Computer Science/IT, or related fields, with a commercial profile.
📚 What you need:
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales and client interaction.
- 1+ year of experience in IT sales.
- Advanced English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including planning, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
Key competencies for this position include productivity, results orientation, customer satisfaction, autonomy, negotiation, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
💻 What you'll do
You will be responsible for promoting the development of the commercial strategy, aiming to meet client needs and, in doing so, foster business growth. Every achievement will be directly reflected in the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and implementation of the commercial plan, both for existing clients (client retention) and new projects.
- Maintain contact with clients and potential clients to offer and sell Eagerworks’ products and services, ensuring established goals are met and maintaining a continuous professional-commercial relationship.
- Handle inquiries via email and calls, strengthening relationships with current and potential clients.
- Analyze business opportunities and develop action plans. Evaluate each client and potential client to offer services tailored to their needs.
- Participate in drafting proposals and in coordinating and conducting commercial meetings.
- Report weekly and monthly progress and achievements. Be responsible for tracking monthly sales goals and objectives.
