People Care Trainee

We're looking for a People Care Trainee to join our HR team!

Support onboarding processes and people experience
Collaborate on work environment, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
Assist with internal communications
Participate in organizational development projects
Provide administrative support to HR processes and keep the system updated

Students of Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Good English level (spoken and written)
Willingness to learn and grow in the People Care area
Strong communication and organizational skills
