Your Role:
The AP Analyst is responsible for processing incoming invoices of Americas Hub together with the administrative tasks related to the Accounts Payable process.

Accounts payable:
- Responsible for reviewing, coding, booking and approving incoming invoices for payment in our invoice processing system.
- Responsible for processing invoices ensuring timely payment of invoices and escalates if necessary to responsible department / colleague for assistance.
- Provides assistance during audits.
- First point of contact for suppliers and vendors for questions regarding invoices, balance confirmations, advice on due payments and payment reminders.

Payments:
- Responsible for the correct preparation and execution of outgoing payments towards suppliers and vendors.

Education and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced student of Finance related careers such as Accounting, Administration or similar
- Fluent English written and spoken is a MUST
- Affinity with automation systems/Microsoft Office
- Organized, accurate with good attention to detail
- Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude
