Interfood is looking for a collaborative, organized and detailed-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. This person will report to the Export Supervisor for the region. We are looking for an undergraduate student who is majoring in Business Administration, International Business, or similar. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as experience with ERP system, data entry tasks and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
• Support in all (administrative) tasks within Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Issue (if applicable) and send sales invoices to customers and completeness check.
• Register all warehouse inbounds in the system, chasing documents and saving all certificates of analysis following the rules.
• Enrich purchases and inventory data in the system. Apply all factory codes, lot numbers, characteristics and perform weekly/monthly checks.
• Archiving of documents / mail folders.
• If needed support contract management, by processing purchases and sales orders in the system, send final orders to customers and suppliers.
• All other applicable supportive tasks within the department of Logistics and Supply Chain.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Knowledge on ERP systems and MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel sheets).
