Job specification:
Proficiency in the servicing of Capital Markets vehicles.
Experience with the provision of basic client accounting services.
Manage annual Private Funds FAR CIMA filings, including organising data collection with global fund administration teams, assisting with the population of Private Funds FARs, organising billing and receivables collection, managing the Private Fund FAR upload process.
Manage the provision of corporate service administration for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Daily processing of high volume of transactional documents in a high-pressure environment.
Maintain the Register of Members, Register of Directors and Officers and Minute book for each company.
Manage the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio for a client portfolio, including Trusts, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Segregated Portfolio Companies.
Ensure annual filings for each company to the regulatory authorities and license fees payable in accordance with the relevant legislation.
To ensure records and documents of each company in the portfolio are kept and filed are updated complete.
To attend client’s instructions and inquiries and carry out the instructions of clients and provide the requisite corporate administration in a timely manner.
To follow up with clients for payment of annual fees and service fees and to keep the level of aged account receivable down.
Liaise closely with our overseas offices, clients and third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers to ensure timely delivery of a high quality service.
Update and maintain our database with all relevant and new records and documentation.
To attend any other specific duties as may be assigned and any other such duties that might be reasonably required for this role.
Skills Required:
Professional accounting qualification preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of corporate administration experience or within a similar role.
Preference given to candidates with capital markets or fund accounting or client accounting experience.
Experience supervising and training team members.
Excellent client relationship, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Comprehensive knowledge of Cayman Islands Company structures and regulatory regime.
Knowledge and experience with Beneficial Ownership filings and Economic Substance Reporting/Notification filings, as well as CIMA registrations essential.
Proficiency in REEFS, CORIS, CAPS, and the DITC portal.
Capable to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good team players, self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Analytical thinking and able to challenge work.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
