Role and Responsibilities:
What will you achieve?
Maintain and manage HR systems and processes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with global teams.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Manage candidate relationships and communication.
Support Talent Acquisition activities like sourcing and interviewing.
Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
Draft content for employee communications.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Is a student or graduate in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related technical/undergraduate programs.
Has intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
Is fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Thrives under tight deadlines and is highly organized.
Is eager to learn about the travel and technology industries.
