Qualifications and experience:
• Support product owners, and scrum leaders
• Facilitate conversations with the business and technical support teams
• Manage the flow of user requirements from the product backlog to the planning meetings
• Work with Product Owners to maintain the product backlog, assist in adding, removing, estimating, and prioritizing work
• Help specify acceptance criteria and facilitate the translation of those criteria into test cases with the test team
• Prepare and co-ordinate the required materials to facilitate successful backlog prioritization and planning meetings
• Support creations of presentations and other technical communication materials
• Support on standard automation
• Basic banking knowledge
• Data and technical analysis
• Reporting, Research requests, Data aggregation
• Bridge the gap between business process / business requirements and technical development needs
• Documentation of Data flows, Field level mapping, and Job stream impact analysis, recommendations
• Support technical QA / integration testing
• Support technical activities including design reviews, defect resolution processes across project teams
• Support development activity as assigned for specific technology area
