BASIC FUNCTION
Under the direction of the Principal Manager, the will be responsible for developing, managing, and administering training programs, project management initiatives, and sales strategies to maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with global teams to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across regions.
The primary responsibilities include optimizing existing processes and procedures related to Training, Technical Support, and Regional Sales
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will support the management of the Mission Critical & Sales department by:
• Enhancing the current training process within the region.
• Collaborating with the global team to implement a standardized training system in the region.
• Managing support requests from key customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Providing sales support for customized projects in coordination with the regional sales manager.
• Working closely with colleagues across the region and Europe.
• Coordinating training sessions at the URU facility.
• Organizing and managing Virtual Reality (VR) training sessions for the region.
• Maintaining and updating databases related to training, service, and sales.
• Implementing and managing service expectations for distribution partners.
• Developing and monitoring distribution metrics for technician training and certification.
• Driving continuous improvement in distributor talent development to create technical experts at both component and subsystem levels.
• Designing and executing technician recruitment and development programs for distribution partners.
• Assisting colleagues in applying supplier warranty policies and procedures to meet partner requirements.
